All ordered products from PMi Media are forwarded to customers within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving the order. Electronic versions of our products will reach the customer within a maximum of 24 hours as email attachments or as downloads at customer's convenience.

If so requested, electronic versions of PMi Media products can be sent immediately to the customer if paid for through credit card. The customer will receive a receipt with credit card processing details within a few days.

Hard copy pricing includes shipping and handling by surface mail (air mail outside Europe) - courier or express shipping will be charged at cost.
